Artist: Tara Sellios
Never been a fan of photography. Be it looking or shooting. The macabre beauty that is shown in Sellios' work is so fascinating I had to take the time to place her upon my blog.

Alginate Molds
Firstly I made alginate molds to ensure I keep as much detail as I could from the sections of offal.
The Night of Blood and Guts
I also bought myself some brand new Tupperware and a surgical scalpel and blades. This photo is in our kitchen much to my housemates despair..
HEART
Handling a heart you can actually feel how much is differs from other offal. This muscles pumps blood around a pigs body all day every day of its life. It was tough and rubbery and the size of a baby's head.
